These terms are governed by Taiwan law and any disputes will be resolved in Taiwan courts. Before pursuing legal action, we encourage users to contact our support team to resolve issues amicably.

For disputes involving amounts under $5,000 USD, we prefer binding arbitration to reduce costs for both parties. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English language.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
